Hope that I have the correct Lakeside here, a Greene King pub. A hot day and a hungry family, especially 2 small children after visiting the waterpark. A long wait to get seated, a longer wait for someone to take our order and equally as long to get it to the table. That is both drinks and food. Had a lovely time on water then day ruined with lunch. Nearly everything with order came out wrong and at different times. One even came out when everyone else had finished. Manager spoke with us and it didn’t go well ended with getting a refund for 2 items (there was 9 of us).
