I never really have any problems with the food. It's hit and miss with the customer service. Enough of their employees seem prejudice towards white people and and act like they don't want to be bothered with them. Other ones are really great and treat all the customers great. View all feedback.

Went thru the drive thru and ordered a combo meal with regular fries. When I got home, it was a mix of regular and curly fries. No problem. The problem was the regular fries were very hard like they had been under the heat lamp for days...Will not go back to the Jack in the Box in Bellmead Tx! View all feedback.
Service can be hit or miss at times. I found the early morning staff to be the most caring and professional.
