The New China in Bendigo is definately worth a visit for a value for money meal. Don't really know the restaurant scene in Bendigo and this was a recommendation and it certainly stood up well. Whilst in Bendigo on a recent Sunday my husband and I noticed this restaurant open to 3pm for Yum Cha, opening hours clearly displayed on windows in large writing and on door. We arrived at 1.15pm and were told by the waitress that they were closing soon due to slow business. I couldn't believe it. Any wonder business is slow if they treat the public this way.
