What Todd Dempsey doesn't like about Cafe Express Chinese:
This place must have a great social media team because the food although delivered was barely buffet quality at best. There was a lot of the food so this place is quantity over quality but to even out it would need to be weeks worth of food. The best thing we ate was the rice. Although not terrible I don't understand the 4 stars this place has View all feedback.
So far my favorite Chinese place in all Bakersfield. Food and prices are amazing.
I’ve had their food four times now. Forget Any Chinese food you thought was the best. This is it. I’ll never go to Panda Express again.
My husband and I tried Cafe Express for the first time last night on a whim and were SO pleasantly surprised! We ordered shrimp fried rice, pork buns, beef and broccoli, egg flower soup and chicken lo mein and everything was *chef’s kiss*We also ordered a boba milk tea and it was delicious! The portions were very generous and we had plenty of leftovers which was awesome and everything re-heated perfectly. We will definitely be ordering again!

First Asian food I've had since moving back from Hilo, Hi. I'll be ordering again. I always try to take a picture of the food when it arrives but after eating just one of the 8 deep fried sesame balls, taking a picture was quickly forgotten. Finished off all 8 of those, cream cheese wontons, potstickers, egg rolls. Fantastic food!
