Customer service is literally the BEST in town. Came in on a busy Friday night and sat in the bar, took a minute to get service Pablo came from behind the bar to get us taken care of, and the manager was right behind him to get our drinks out to us within a minute. The food is ALWAYS amazing as well.Can't say enough about this place. View all feedback.
What John Botello doesn't like about Rancho Grande Mex Grill:
Was seated very quickly but that’s where it went downhill. Was served chips and salsa from a waiter just walking by. Multiple waitresses walked by and never acknowledged us , not a hi, not a be with you in a minute, nothing. We sat and ate the entire chips and salsa. No drinks no hi, nothing.
