Three stars because it was very clean and the staff was kind and friendly. It's hard to find good, clean places. The food though, it tried so hard but it missed the mark. The menudo tasted too clean, I can definitely appreciate the attention to detail but that is a dish that needs a little gaminess to it. And the pupusas tasted like beef stock.
