Starbucks from Benton Park Menu

What Clay Caldwell doesn't like about Starbucks:
i’m sorry i’m not this type of customer but the staff really tested my patience this morning. they didn’t accept the voucher i got from the hospital as an employee, saying they have a different system now which is understandable. i never buy from this kiosk, thought i would just make use of the voucher. but they got my order wrong, not only once, but twice. and the staff didn’t even apologize. no sense of accountabil... "This is a salad place whereby you can select one of their specialty salads or build your own. We chose to build our own and everything was fresh and tasty including the dressings. There were endless choices for toppings on the counter/menu. Theprices seemed reasonable and the portion size spot on. We would definitely return if we lived in the area."

"Today was my second visit. My first visit was great, good customer service from cashier cook. Food was fresh quick. Today was a different story. For having a customer service position, the cashier was pretty rude. I double checked about what came on the stupid fries, she reassured me it only came with whichever flavor I chose. My order was taking longer than she said so I stood up and started reading the menu for my next visit. I noticed the stupid fries did come with another sauce included. I asked her about it she confirmed it did. So why would she tell me it didn’t before I placed the other?? I’m glad I noticed before my food was made. I finally get the food but once I get in my car place the bag on the passenger seat, the tray opens spills everywhere. The tray wasn’t properly snapped shut, I know this for sure because when I cleaned up I closed the tray myself it’s definitely secure when closed right. Overall, I don’t think I’ll be returning because of today’s cashier Arianna."
