If you order online 40 minutes in advance, they will still make you wait for all the walk in customers to be served, even though my food was sitting on the counter ready to go getting cold…. I saw multiple coffees and Frappuccino‘s being made carefully and slowly for customers who just arrived, but nobody could bother to just pick up my bag and hand it to me even though I asked.
