Authentic!he is overwhelmed the boss but we see him veevolter because he is alone in the kitchen learning to the young waitress who he baptizes...the kitchen was tasteful, elaborate and fresh as the menu that took away by his passion had changed half the menu. To finish, he pushed us the song and it was nice. a nice moment"
