I love the Polo Lounge. All around 10/10 experience. The staff is lovely and the food is worth the hype. They also have very tasty juices. And the coffee was perfect. What Al Hamel doesn't like about Polo Lounge:
I wish they would be honest with their capacity instead of creating almost comically horrible tables. By placing tables in the middle of aisles and absurdly close to shrubbery they dilute their brand. It doesn’t seem right for a premium experience. Thisisn’t a New York deli.
