My family visited this restaurant on Saturday afternoon, October 17th. It was our first time here, and the staff member who took our order and served our food was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. I don't understand the negative reviews, and it's unfortunate that I almost didn't eat here because of them. I'm glad I gave it a chance. The burger was delicious, but unfortunately, the price was not justified. A single burger without fries or a drink cost $13, and adding a shake was an additional $10. I would not be surprised if this restaurant eventually went out of business. The food was tasty, but it was not worth the hefty price tag. Just no. Don't go there or don't order food from this place. It's a virtual brand location, means same 2 employees preparing all kind of food: burgers, sushi, etc. Worst quality food.
$15 for their cheapest burger, came wrong twice and sauce is extra
Paid $13 for a double truffle, but could not even eat it. had a bite and crushed. terrible. second time with a terrible experience here. never back. Good luck.
Overall great experience, but very obviously underoccupied. there were about 5 people when I came to pick up my order (I ordered online) and they had a total of maybe 2 or 3 people (including the chefs). the service that I was provided was excellent, but they could say that the other would have been faster/smoother, it would have made more personal available.
I would love to rate the food but I can't since no one would take my order. I walked in and there was 1 person in the restaurant waiting for an order and 2 people behind the counter. I looked at a menu in front of the register for about 3 minutes and during that time no one came up to me to take my order or even greet me. Left after about 5 minutes of twiddling my thumbs.
