Not to sound mean but the prices are outrageous, the customer service is terrible and how is an I cream shop going to have their soft serve mechine down? I work in the mall and get no discount and if you want a $5 cone of ice cream it's an extra .75 for jimmies and they don't even do hard shell or dips. I'd go to yogurt mountain in books a million, save yourself some money and get better service. Ps: their cones don'... View all feedback.

"The manager is definitely the problem at this establishment. I went to eat with my parents today and we were doing the buy one get one free deal that they clearly advertise everywhere.... well, we were met with a very unpleasant man who seemed irritated because he didn't want to honor the coupon. The food was the same as its been since I was a kid.... the staff was friendly. it was the managers bad vibes. No wonder the place was empty. I won't be going back any time soon. Hoping to see New MANAGEMENT on the building. And believe me, this isn't speaking for just one experience. note: If you guys don't like the deal you guys have, don't do it?"
