We come from Nancy and didn 't know this tradition at all. For history lovers, we also had the pleasure of admiring residences, some of which date from 1619! Excellent afternoon spent in Bouxwiller!

For my taste, the spaetzles were too big and had a rubbery effect. Otherwise the formulas are suitable and the meal was good. This property allows dogs.
