"Don’t let the humble appearance of this village restaurant fool you – it is simply top-notch. The service is highly attentive, and the waitresses are happy to explain the menu featuring plenty of local specialties, and even offer suggestions for the undecided. The food was delicious. We had the tarte flambée with Munster cheese, the sorcerer’s plate, which was an omelette with gizzards (it’s really a lot more delicious than it sounds) and the fleischscnacka, which is rolled-up pasta with pot-au-feu meat stuffing, sort of an Alsatian version of a ravioli if you will. These were served with salad and sautéed potatoes, the latter of which done to perfection. The portions were truly generous, so go with your appetites prepared; they doggy-bagged our leftovers, which were enough to make another meal. The most remarkable point about this restaurant however, is the decoration. The place has a theme of sorcery and witchcraft, in tribute to the local legend of witches who apparently gathered under the cross on the hill in the village (or so we were told by the waitress). We found it great value-for-money, having paid about 60 euros for four wines, an entrée, two mains and a dessert. Highly recommend it!"

"Avec un nom pareil, on s'attend à déguster de bons petits plats de notre belle région mais ce n'est tout simplement pas à la hauteur d'un restaurant... tout juste d'une cantine.La tarte flambée à 7€50 n'est qu'une tarte de supermarché... la marge doit être très confortable!Je pense que le reste des ingrédients sont de même... je n'ai pas vu de réelle cuisine et en plus c'est fade...Le cuisinier écoute la télévision et lâche de nombreuses grossièreté!Vu les quelques commentaires élogieux, certainement rédigés par des amis, il me semble qu'il doit y avoir un laisser aller certain et que le cuisinier doit sûrement savoir mieux faire que ce qu'il nous a proposé.Désolé pour ce commentaire mais quand c'est pas terrible il faut le dire."
