Urban Crab Shack - Feedback

The restaurant is poorly staffed and those that are working spend more time outside on break than helping the customers.

Bar was packed but too many empty tables. Walking in I started to turn around because it was somewhat empty but the vibe of the people present filled the room....

1st time and won't be last. Shared with family.

First time ordering from here and everything was good. I will order again.
