What User likes about The Meadows:
Been here a few times -food is a better than standard pub fare. Last time visited with family and the pick of the meals we had were probably the chicken pocket and the vegetable stack. But none of the five were at all poor. So ... worth a visit for a good feed. read more.

In beautiful weather you can even eat and drink in the outdoor area, And into the accessible rooms also come clientele with wheelchairs or physical disabilities.

Had a group booking with interstate family. The food came out in dribs and drabs. Most had finshed their meals before all were served and the meals can only be best describe as average. Not great value read more.

Spur of the moment for a quick lunch. Grabbed a couple of $10 lunch specials. Friend had roast pork with Apple sauce and said it was great. My schnitzel was a b...

Pub meal, but very good. Dining room very busy, staff helpful. Menu had lots of variety, we shared Seafood platter, exceptional.

"Flying into Launceston at some unearthly hour of the morning, we needed a quick brekky to take on the road. We stopped at this cafe and were greeted warmly. I couldn't go past a display of golden brown flaky sausage rolls. I must say they didn't disappoint, they were delicious! Best homemade sausage rolls I have ever tasted, and I've tried many. My co-travellers were also impressed by the food, it was fresh and yummy. Would recommend this cafe to anyone looking for a delicious quick brekky!"
