Had the most amazing experience in Cribbs Causeway Store today. I was in with my elderly parents, Mum and I in wheelchairs and Dad struggling around. What Lorain Keattch doesn't like about Marks And Spencer:
Boo to the cafe advertising afternoon tea for two, £10 per person. We queued for 20 mins only to be told there wasn't any, 20 mins after the offer opened at 2pm because demand was too high. Let people know!!!!!! Go along the line and tell customers that option isn't available so they can make another choice. Lost our business. View all feedback.

"Was somewhere to eat in the east street and hasn't liked anything. I remembered the toast room I never was, but the outer is memorable for its beautiful turquoise color and woodmarks. I chose an salad plate and it was so delicious and tasteful! I rarely choose salat (I feel that it is too boring), but that was excellent I am not sure what it was all, but it had delicious spiced chipotle butter bean as well as green bean (usually boring again, right) but these were so delicious and zitrus! and a few sweet, crispy red cabbage type stuff, as well as some sharp bumblebees. I ate it all and it cost only £5.50 and was actually very full! highly recommended! (photo taken after I had already begun digging)"
