Had the most amazing experience in Cribbs Causeway Store today. I was in with my elderly parents, Mum and I in wheelchairs and Dad struggling around. We needed a new suit for Dad, and Teresa in your Men's department was an absolute superstar. Helped sort Dad with what he wanted, the whole works, shoes, tie, shirt, waist coat, jacket, trousers. Boo to the cafe advertising afternoon tea for two, £10 per person. We queued for 20 mins only to be told there wasn't any, 20 mins after the offer opened at 2pm because demand was too high. Let people know!!!!!! Go along the line and tell customers that option isn't available so they can make another choice. Lost our business. View all feedback.
