"I called here for lunch with my mother. what a great place! decor is beautiful, the staff is very friendly and welcoming and the eating is absolutely delicious and very cheap. very good menu selection. only a thought- my mother (she is 92) would always go for suppe as a midday selection, so it would be nice to see on the menu. we will definitely come back!"

"We stumbled across this restaurant offering takeaway this evening. It was an excellent choice. Staff were very friendly and we didn't have to wait long for our takeaway food. The quality and quantity of food was excellent and very good value for money. Unfortunately do not live locally to enjoy more regularly and would love to try the dining experience, but would highly recommend to others."

"Worst coffee in UK , ordered 2 cappuccinos, really weak coffee and looked like a normal white coffee… took 40 minutes for food to come.. Caesar salad was terrible has as much colour as a glass of water. Steak pie came with a salad ! What’s that all about… chicken nuggets and chips were ok , but the chicken didn’t look great… sausage and egg sandwich was very good… the service was abysmal … I struggle to understand the attraction of this cafe… last visit for us…"

"Came upon this pub trawling trip advisor for a pub with good reviews for lunch whilst waiting for holiday accommodation to be available. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Food good pub grub large portions and amazing chips. Staff took time to explain nearest local food...shops. Only complaint no heating and this was the main reason we did not return for Sunday lunch which I’m sure would have been home cooked and fab."
