"I chose as an appetizer a small part of mussels in white wine cream-sud, which were super good, fresh and tender. There was a homemade bread with algae, very good. My main course was linguins with lobster and cancer legs in coconut curry sauce. The animal parts were very tasty (after scraping off the sauce) and had a large, solid consistency, the linguins were unobtrusively spiced in a pampy sauce. The dessert, a chocolate meringue (so a basil), also with algae, was dressed with cream and some splashes of strawberry sauce and chocolate syrup. Not very convincing.
