"I've waited a long time to visit but I'm glad I finally did. Very good service and excellently prepared and presented food. They were able to very kindly fit me in at short notice. There was a large selection of drinks and the view is lovely on a bright day. My only recommendation would be to skip the pop music! However to their credit they have the volume at a sensibly low level, unlike far too many other restaurants and bars. Would go again."

"Have had two meals so far and one entree. Garlic loaf was nice. Plenty of butter on the bread and happily supplied more butter. Had the chicken schnitzel. Heap of garlic sauce for the schnitzel so the extra went well with the chips. 2nd meal was the stuffed chicken breast. Sauce was already on the breast so didn't have extra but both meals delicious. Favorite so far is the schnitzel."

"A great little gastropub in the heart of wynyard. I ordered the bark cheek, which was tender, rich and tasty. the staff was friendly and helpful. it would have been wonderful if a wine card was available, but from the drinks menu it seemed that the pub was concentrated on whisky and beer (without wine on the list)."

"The smoothies are a bit mediocre but the food is excellent! We had burgers and calamari was absolutely brilliant. Onion rings are crunchy, not oily at all. The burger was full of flavour."
