"Best onion soup in Cabarete, period. This restaurant is a true gem. Stefan is one of the best hosts I've met. He's kind, well-versed, and turns your visit into a true fine dining experience. If you eat meat, I recommend the duck, it's tender and delicious. If you're a vegetarian, the salads are amazing. Le bistro definitely has an option for everyone. Make sure you call beforehand and make a reservation, especially on the high season, and don't forget they're closed on Sundays!"

"After 2 weeks without any proper food this place is heaven!! Great juices, smoothies and hearty bowls. Had a hippe bowl with quinoa,pumpkin, hummus and a delicous garlic sauce. They have about 5 vegan dishes and soy/almond and coconut milk can be added to their coffees."

"Very good place to eat lunch. The tacos, soft or hard shell are excellent along with a cold beer. My wife and I love it and usually stop by when we go to Cabarete. N.B. Not open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays!"

"We seeked them out specifically to have date night there while visiting Cabarete. Started with brushetta while deciding on mian dishes. There was chili oil on the table to drizzle and for me, who pefers spicy, it was the perfect addition. We shared the pizza Rustica and 4 cheese with rigatoni. Pizza was nice and crispy, not a thick doughy crust which is how we like it, and pasta was amazing! Service was just how we like it: attentive and helpful and came when we needed him but not every 5mins. When he told me he didn't have a cocoktail I wanted, he recommended a similar subsititute that was delicious. Highly recommend"
