We had a mostly wonderful experience on the enclosed balcony. The food was scrumptious and the ambiance was pleasing for the most part. The acoustics were easily overwhelmed by one or two loudmouths making conversation impossible. The view was great except the lights at the fish market are blinding for anyone facing them. Wanted check out The Wharf for dinner and the menu at Officina sounded like something we'd enjoy. However the service was subpar. Waited a good 20 minutes for a server to acknowledge us after being seated and another 30 just to get our drinks. Food was just ok. My boyfriend's pasta was not cooked enough. We will not be returning next time we visit DC. View all feedback.
