Sometimes it is cold when you visit D.C... Actually a lot of the time it is. If it is cold the next time you visit you can visit the Pavilion Cafe near the National Art Gallery to warm up and munch on some coffee and pastries. View all feedback.

Would be 5 star if they didn’t serve everything in plastic boxes. Cake should be eaten of a plate not out of a plastic box. Really just invest in proper crockery and aim for zero waste. It’s not that hard. View all feedback.
I cried of how bad it was , the fruit was good tho, chicken was cold, quiche was VERY oily and flavorless
