I've stayed here several times over the past few months. I usually arrive early and assume I can just store my bags, but my room is always ready. The front desk people are so nice and efficient! The rooms are great. The A/C works really well. I love the full size shampoo and conditioner. I usually don't hear much street noise. Checking out is just as easy. While they were clear there was construction occurring, I am surprised Marriott would keep the hotel during that type of work. The whole hotel was pretty much torn up, elevators not working. They should have more customer touches for the inconveniences….but I stand by they should shutdown for a few weeks instead to keep them the customers on the forefront. View all feedback.
