Had a team dinner while in Canberra for a sporting event. Our group of just over 30 people were sitted in the open area of the establishment, but was kept warm with heaters and the awning. Order the pork bao as it read well on the menu...Well that was where the well ended. Firstly the pork in the bag was majority fat and not rendered, secondly and the worst was the bao buns themself was hard and unbeatable. It's like it had had frezzer burn.... terrible. read more.
