"Ankor was excellent. we had a great evening dinner there on the 20th. the duck and foie gras were delicious and the apple cocktail from the bar was one of the best drinks I had for years. the mood was nice and the conversation with the cook made for a really great dinner. I don't have any photos of desserts, but we also enjoyed them. prices were what they would expect for a beautiful restaurant with high quality ingredients. I would recommend the place without hesitation."

"Always consistently good! I went with my usual triple trip (Hazelnussbrei, peanut butter and Reese's Pieces). My daughter had the brwownie (Hazelnussbrei, Brownie pieces and white chocolate) and was surprised how good the brownie was on him (and could change my choice next time). As far as value, you get a lot for a decent price, especially given the cost of other treats in Downtown Canmore (my daughter bought ice cone elsewhere was more)."

"Delicious bagels and cozy vibes! Rocky Mountain Bagel Co. has the best bagels in Alberta. This is definitely worth the visit at any time of day. The staff are friendly and it’s also reasonably priced for a vacation town. The best bagels are the everything and rosemary sea salt! Highly recommend trying both of them."

"We stopped in for brunch at the vermillion room. The brunch had a huge variety of foods, vegetarian options as well. Pancakes were great, the fresh whip cream was absolutely amazing!Staff were very friendly and helpful.This brunch buffet is absolutely worth it for the price, top quality food with a great variety.I'll definitely come back again."

"COWS ice cream is excellent. I was not disappointed. It was a super cold day, but the ice cream was so worth it. So flavorful and they have such great flavors to choose from. Friendly staff too. Wish they had indoor seating but that's not a deal breaker at all. Great place to check out in Banff."

"We have never been insulted or disgusted with any restaurant worker. we are all in customer service, and the heart with the dark brown curly tail is probably the rude person each of us has met. he should never be close to customers or...people we didn't even enter the restaurant as we didn't want to be around such an angry hired one. he opened the restaurant and we waited 10 minutes before the doors should be opened. he put his stress on us. if they have to do with customers, they must be actor/actress and not want potential customers away. the"
