When I visited they offered only one option for order it had a cake base with layers of strawberry mousse, coulis and a nutty nougatine. Can be ordered as an individual piece or a bigger cake for 4. "We had trekked around Carcassonne looking for a place to eat with 3 children and found this and what a relief we did. We had a fantastic meal which was great value.
