*Edited November 27/2023*One worker, Cheryl treats the younger staff like cr*p. I've seen this a few times before bringing it to my review. It makes for a very uncomfortable experience when you're waiting to order and having to watch one employee talk down to another on the regular. To the rest of the girls, you're still doing great!Felicia and Brittany are the best! Whenever they serve me my coffee is always perfect, donuts properly packed, and always friendly service despite it being so early. Afternoons/evenings are hit and miss.... the express location is better then. Mornings if you want good coffee make sure one of these girls serves you! Great job girls you two make that Tim Hortons!.

What User doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
I was overcharged at drive through but given a receipt for the correct amount and I was told there was nothing they could do about the extra charge even though they could see the amount on receipt was different from the bank charge. Such dishonesty. read more.
