"The most pathetic excuse for a KFC I 've ever experienced. I love KFC but the food here is rarely fresh. And the management is incompetent. Multiple times I have went there and the food was out of stock. If your not going to stock chicken, then shut down, lock the doors and go home. I don 't want to hear I 'm sorry we are out of that until Friday , and damn sure don 't want to hear that when its only Monday. Unacceptable. I wont be wasting my time going to this KFC again. No"

"The food was ok, very bland and tasteless. For some reason the town of Carlsbad hates salt, pepper and spices on her food. The food came in very large portions and was delivered hot. The food presentation is top notch and looks like art. I dined outside was immediately attacked by a band of fucked flies. I had no food before me. The restaurant has a very intimate feeling, so it is perfect for appointments. My server was incredible! She was very happy, upbeat, personable, gave great tips and constantly ensured that I was well taken care of! Staff usually here is excellent and do an excellent job to make all guests welcome."

"My wife, daughter, I checked this place out yesterday while up in Carlsbad at the recommendation of a friend and it was awesome. The staff was great and the food was off the chain. Best ribs I've had in forever and the honey BBQ sauce was amazing. Oh and a shout out to the cute redhead waitress with the great sense of humor who put up with our shenanigans. She definitely added fun to the experience. We're definitely going back when we're up that way."

"The food was cold, including the hashbrowns. Order was not correct, but we were charged. No one in the register needed to wait forever. Staff are all standing around and looking for the long line, but no one would wait for us. Many customers wait for a person in the register. Very bad employee organization leads to bad service overall."

"Delicious food! went here Saturday 11/20/21 about the evening it was not too busy. We then sat in our food, I child, you don't get out as fast as you sit. My fiancée I ordered the Barbaco-Tacos, we didn't know what the Buche-Taco was, so they offered to try it for free, but we insisted on paying for the Tripas-Taco. We also ordered Flautas, Torta de Asada. Everything was so good and tasteful. You also have a salsa bar that you can use BIG PLUS! The tacos come when 4 count you believe me, my fiancée I only thought 4? We order more. These 4 tacos will get you up. I never had a taco with so much meat! The manager came also checked for us when everything was fine, twice as we enjoy our meal, invited us back when we paid for our meal. You also have all kinds of pastries!!! If you have not tried this GEM of a restaurant PLEASE DO! We will return!"

"Wonderful food. I was with a large group that ordered a wide variety of foods (soups, fajitas, tacos, enchiladas, salads, etc). Normally restaurants have a few things that are good, and some that aren't great. We were all impressed with our meals. Good service as well."
