"Had the 3 course meal, could not fault it absolutely beautiful with fresh local produce. Staff were lovely and polite and really knew their job . Will definitely be back and will definitely be reccomending o Neil's. The only blot is that the outside needs a bit of TLC."

"Really enjoyed our evening at Saffron. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food portions were generous and they make the best onion Bhaji’s ever! Decor was modern and the restaurant is spacious. All in all, a great experience!"

"About two years ago Lava Rock Restaurant was a joyous venue. It had a diverse creative menu using fresh ingredients with each starter, main and dessert. It was and still is the best steak I have ever had. Cut to now, the lava rock restaurant is open in joint venture alongside the café Lava Brew. While the coffee is ok and the bakery/desserts are fine, the food is beyond compare to what it was two years ago. No fresh ingredients in sight. I can still remember the hand made shoestring potatoes from two years ago but now it’s frozen mass produced oven chips. The fish could only be described as “Birds Eye” frozen fillets. Genuinely avoiding this place from now on. The service was great but even the waiter and waitresses seemed disappointed in what they were presenting to the table."

"Top notch spot for food. Easily the best breakfast in town too. Fantastic sized portions and very well priced. Fry comes out cooked perfectly and not greasy. Haven't had a bad meal here yet and I'm here a lot! Pancakes with bacon and syrup too. Aw stop"
