"Notre premier séjour de 3 jours à l'Ortensia. Tout était parfait. Cuisine raffinée qui réveille les papilles à chaque bouchée. Présentation des plats irréprochable. "10 minute drive to nearest Bank...and you would have to pay exit parking of 4 euros....surprising stance..other restaurant in village excepting cards...i have been to the village before...i thank last time we had cash.."

"Not that far from Herepian and worth the short drive to enjoy beautifully cooked and presented food in a lovely setting. We enjoyed a beautiful starter, squid and monkfish, beautifully cooked duck and a delicious dessert with an enjoyable, reasonably priced (for a restaurant) wine....The fall in the € exchange rate doesn't make it a cheap meal but well worth the money for special occasions."

"Premier contact. ..un cadre...Une belle salle voûtée en pierre,une cheminée ou un feu crépite,un acceuil souriant et sincère. ..une joli carte avec des plats simples mais élaborés et gouteux.des plats du terroir qui vous rassasient ..une ambiance reposante comme la salle qui n'est pas bruyante un service toujours souriant et efficace..au final un très bon moment sans fausse note...A recommander...vraiment ...un très bon resto dans un village très pittoresque. ..et pour digérer,de belles ballades à proximité."
