We booked The Snug"for a family meal for and had a fantastic time. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating and all the meals were great. Attended for a lunch with my sister and I'm a transgender female, only to be shown to a table and addressed as Sir of which I informed her I was not a Sir, we had a quick bite and left. I however reported what had...happened via email and got a call back saying no one admitted it but she was sorry and it was a family run business with family working there which just about sums up why they closed ranks. read more.
