excellent customer service from the team in the TV department and especially mention prince who walked me not only from the to the collection point, but went in the back and got my tw and soundable for me, then put it on a trolley and pushed it over the parking to my car. but when the box was too big to be fit, he helped me take it out of the box, the great care to reposition the packaging so that it was safe and saf... What User doesn't like about John Lewis:
I made a complaint today at a security tag being left on a shirt I purchased (along with another one) after the alarm went off at the exit door. The member of staff didn’t apologise so I escalated it to the general manager who apologised and also ensured the shirts were folded etc. I got home today and to my upset, I’ve checked my shirts and receipt and see that the member of staff has charged me twice for one shirt... Great staff, but tanoy announcements could be more friendly. If the music is on, keep it on.
