What User doesn't like about John Lewis:
I made a complaint today at a security tag being left on a shirt I purchased (along with another one) after the alarm went off at the exit door. The member of staff didn’t apologise so I escalated it to the general manager who apologised and also ensured the shirts were folded etc. I got home today and to my upset, I’ve checked my shirts and receipt and see that the member of staff has charged me twice for one shirt... Great staff, but tanoy announcements could be more friendly. If the music is on, keep it on.

The place accepts the common credit cards, And into the accessible rooms also come clientele with wheelchairs or physiological limitations.
