What a beautiful restaurant! Mike was an excellent host, barman and chef. The food was just outstanding with a great selection of choices on the menu and excellent value for money!I love finding small unique gems like Otters. Otters is in a wonderful market town in Oxfordshire and looks like it should be a great place to eat. Unfortunately the food is terrible. The starter of pate was almost certainly bought from a supermarket and the main course of fish was as rubbery and tasteless as anything I have eaten for quite a while. I declined the desert and decided to have coffee at home just in case. I shall not be returning. View all feedback.
