The food at this restaurant was delicious and prepared hot and fresh. The sea salt fries were seasoned perfectly. I ordered a double burger, but only received one. The only reason I am not giving this place 5 stars is because I saw the extra burger being thrown away. I wish they had offered it to me instead of wasting it. What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
The restaurant was empty, but it still took an additional half hour to place my order for a number 3 combo of nuggets. I waited patiently, but waiting that long for nuggets seemed absurd. View all feedback.
I went through the drive thru at this Wendy's, and I must say that after the remodeling, they are soo much better than they ever were! The line was pretty much wrapped around the building, but it moved rather quickly. The service is quicker and friendlier than it used to be! I ordered an Original Chicken Sandwich with no mayo, and that's exactly what I got! That has always been a problem in the past with practically every fast food place I've visited, but it appears that the employees have been better trained here, especially since they reopened. They still have a couple of issues with the young employees playing around with each other and not paying attention to the customers as well as I feel that they should, but it's not terribly bad. My food was hot and made correctly, and I didn't have to wait very long. I did see 1 or 2 employees who were not wearing masks, but, for the most part, everyone was following the Covid protocols. Other than a couple of minor things, this Wendy's is one of the better fast food places I've been to in quite a while! Good job, Wendy's!
In the store ordered execution and when I arrived, the lobby was closed and locked. in the drive wait approx. 20 or 25 minutes to get my food. When I came home, one found a hair in one of the frostys I had picked up.
If I can give this place a 0, I would. her personal is rude and they are very slow. I had two cars in front of me and it took 20 minutes to get my order.
Nobody in this Wendy's wore a face mask while fixing food or greeting customers it was only maybe 1 or 2 people wearing a mask mass that is unsanitary especially with especially with covid
Started to go through the Drive-Thu today around 4:30 pm, but it was packed. Went into the restaurant and was promptly serviced; ordered a double Dave combo meal. I noticed there is a worker, white male, who is direct on the fries cooking them, dumping into bin, and dropping more fries to keep them hot! However, not once did he use either of the Sea Salt Shakers that were charged and ready right above the fry bends; dump and folks started scooping orders to customers....no salt. What a small part of a bigger job he is not owning. I can clearly see one bin, no salt, and the other regulated sea salt to meet customers expectations. I want Sea Salt on my fries like another customer does not want any salt; we have the right to expect both options.
