"I’m a long time roots natural kitchen fan from Blacksburg VA, but this location is just awful. The 3 times I’ve ordered from here my bowls have been so poorly mixed. I order 2 el jefe bowls and they looks like different meals entirely (see below). What a shame."

"The best biryani in the area! The food is cooked with love and has excellent quality. The restaurant is very clean and elegant. The staff was very kind and welcoming. "Quick and friendly service but the place was completely empty. Decor nice but some areas in need of repair (my back of booth seating). I believe they had happy hour specials for half of some drinks, but we didn't get any. We both ordered some sort of hibachi grill plate, and I also ordered a sushi entree of 8 pieces (chef's choice) as well as California rolls. The hibachi plates had significantly less meat, vegetables and rice than what we regularly experience at *any* hibachi; so while the quality of food was at least good (some better than good) all I have to say is PORTIONS PORTIONS PORTIONS. That mark was missed here and 3 stars is the best we have to give. We usually have more than enough leftover to share my our hibachi with our kids; now my wife had only a little and I didn't touch mine at all so that there would be enough to share (especially since I had the sushi entree). The soup and salad that came with the hibachi was not bad, but also little smaller than usual."

"Just want to shout out this great staff my Uber Eats order was delivered and while walking back to my office my bag broke and the food unfortunately scattered across the sidewalk. I called to say I was ordering again (in case they thought it may be a duplicate order) and told them of my unfortunate circumstance haha.Just received my order with a wonderful note. "I decided to eat a bit of food from here as it was on promotional offer. I work next to this place and always wanted to try. I waited to give this review to make sure it was the right way to feel. that was the worst tasting dinner I've ever eaten! I couldn't even eat it. So I packed the left over for the work and I couldn't eat it for lunch. a complete drop! I had 2 pork and 2 cortex. 2 on mais and 2 onflour tortillas. only the food was terrible! the tortilla and sour cream etc. it is all to expect, but the actual flesh was müll!."
