they kept our table despite very late and stayed late open to end our meal. food was excellent, especially dessert and the service attentive and fun. great place toasty warm thanks to a heating in the middle of the room. The food was mediocre overcooked scollops for starters and duck was nice but not overwhelming and side of root veg also overcooked. The staff tried really hard and the young waitress was lovely but obviously learning which was fine.
