Piglatin - Colorado Springs

Houston was great to place our order and make sure it was timely for questions that try to order online. Food at home and the tacos and nachos were amazing! Great taste with the pig on Nachos and the Mexican corn was phenomenal! From the state visit and when I visit again, def will stop!

Picked up dinner from her truck at Old Farm Park a week ago. The food was perfect and original. Had the pigeon plate loaded with pulled pig and island Tacos, loved both!! Really good food! I'm looking forward to having them back in the neighborhood.

Great food... we've been going to the food truck for years and are so happy that a restaurant is finally open. You worked hard enough for it. New menu is super fresh and even the classic dishes seem to be increased with new flavors and spices. Had a great server to say. Short hair with tattoos seemed like we weren't there all the time. Water sat empty to good after our food came and then I was handed over a jug, but no more ice cream. I wish we had one of the others in the dining room. 5 stars, because we love you! We'll be back.

We had piglatin for our reception. It was a backyard BBQ and they just pulled their truck in our driveway. Our guests loved it! They served a smaller menu so that they could serve the 50 guests we had in time (about 30-40 minutes). People could just keep going. The food was amazing and it was just a fun experience. It was all professionally handled. I recommend it for every event. I'll get compliments later weeks. Thanks Piglatin!!
