"Was told many tales about this place and being big craft brew fans ... we had to go. Delicious beers ... great vibe and cool swag! Ended up there every evening for a glass (or two) before dinner. Can't wait to go back!"

"Superb local coffee shop with a small but mighty selection of breakfast/lunch/pastry options. They have an emphasis on local, and make delicious in-house almond milk! The flat white is creamy and delicious, the yogurt parfait hits the spot and the breakfast cookie gives some solid energy for the day. Cute indoor seating, but grab a spot out back and enjoy the fresh air!"

"Food is more expensive these days but Avenue Bistro could do better with their fish and chips offering. 1 piece of halibut and fries was 26 and a side of coleslaw was an extra 2. The fish was OK but a bit dry. The batter was light but not exceptional(it was take out but we ate within 10 minutes). All in all, the box was pretty disappointing on opening: especially if one ishungry, which I was. The piece of fish was small and the offering of fries was dismal and so much so that I thought it was amistake but all 3 orders fell to the same meagre level. OK, halibut is pricey but fries aren 't. The most lame element was the side of coleslaw it was served in a tiny plastic cup the same size as the tartar sauce about 1 2 tablespoons (not anexaggeration it was about 1 mouthful). Cabbage is cheap so perhaps they could loosen up a little on the portion size. Inoverview, pretty disappointing as I 'd heard many say it was a great place to eat in Comox. Maybe they 're catering to the retireecrowd that want a smaller meal but for the price, these must be well to do retirees. I won 't be heading back value for wasdismal. Food quality was OK but far from exceptional."

"Loved the Gelato and the look of the place , was not thrilled about the staff not to friendly gave you the impression that there there to make money , which I know we all are but to here’s your ice cream now get lost...lol but this was last summer and many things can change , so I will be giving it another few chances and let you know ."
