"L'accueil à notre hôtel fut tellement désagréable que nous avons choisi de ne pas y dîner, c'est ainsi que nous avons trouvé ce petit restaurant sur TripAdvisor.Il était 21 heures quand je les ai contacté pour savoir si l'on pouvait dîner et venir avec notre petit chien et nos 2 jeunes enfants.Une dame adorable m'a répondu qu'il y avait aucun souci pour venir dîner et pour le chien, quant au menu enfant ils adaptent les plats adultes aux enfants ce qui est 100 fois mieux.Pour pour 13,50 € vous avez : potage maison (un régal) - une entrée à choisir parmi 5 - plat à choisir parmi 5 ou 6 - fromage et dessert au choix parmi 6 également ! Des glaces artisanales, je vous conseilles mûre et pêche blanche.On à superbement dîner, on se croyait en famille par l'accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires et des habitués qui dînaient ce soir là. Ambiance familiale est bonne enfant plats maison excellents et en toute simplicité... ça nous a fait beaucoup de bien après l'accueil qu'on nous a fait à notre hôtel. Merci à vous et ne changez rien"

"Friendly and relaxed settings. Food was delicious and we were served an unexpected soup before our food arrived, this was fantastic and we are hoping the lady that served us will email us the recipe as promised. Can't wait to try and cook this soup."

"What a holiday meal and an environment, just under the church. The garlic soup was a surprise followed by amazing duck for some of our party and salmon for others. Friendly staff that felt very welcome. Will come back when we're in the area!!"

"2 hours under the shade of a glorious old walnut tree with 50 other diners (all French), a five course meal of local delights, beautiful red wine got to say it beats roast and Yorkshire puddings We opted for the 27 euro Perigordine menu (although the 21 euro also looked good) Country soup (huge tureen at the table), fois grad (with smoked duck, melon, salad and quince), confit with potatoes and walnut salad, small cheese plate and finally choice of pear, peach, walnut or chocolate desert The 6 mile cycle from Montignac was so worth it, albeit the return was slower Two ladies working really hard serving all the tables but so attentive and finally “Jeanine” came out and spoke to every table individually Fantastic day thank you"
