What User likes about Papillon:
My wife, daughter and I popped into this local Chinese unannounced and were quickly seated, watered, and fed with a minimum of fuss. It is, when all is said and done, a perfectly acceptable suburban Chinese that seems to do a roaring take away trade. What User doesn't like about Papillon:
Although the food was quite tasty ( except- the vegs in oyster sauce were limp and quite disappointing), the portions were actually quite small, especially shared between 6 people, and we thought over priced compared to a couple of other Hong Kong/Chinese Malay restaurants in Newcastle we frequent regularly( main courses $8-10 dearer at Papillon).
