What a gorgeous place and even more gorgeous staff we phoned after 5 asking for a cream tea the kitchen had finished their daily scones by this time. Zoe and charlotte called the kitchen who offered to make a fresh batch and apologised for the 20 25 wait!! In nice weather you can even eat and drink in the outdoor area.

What doitpf doesn't like about Shorecrest:
Absurd difference in service from breakfast to dinner. At breakfast everything was streamlined and efficient, servers were polite and courteous and couldn't do enough. Come the evening, everything was sloppy, staff seemed confused and took far too much time to put a simple drinks order together.
