"Lunch with my dear friend. Izzy was so sweet and helped with special dietary restrictions. We both had the fish. Delicious. I do not care what you order from Gallager’s everything on the menu is delicious. They by far have the most amazing staff. Outgoing and friendly. The hostess was super sweet and helpful. My friend has a broken foot and she was more then helpful getting her in and seated. We were so appreciated for all the help today making lunch special"

"Baton Rouge 's loss is Covington 's gain.... If you asked Japanese living in Baton Rouge, nine out of ten would say 'Sushi-Yama ' is (was the best sushi restaurant in BTR, hands down. Mr. Oui created and owned this gem before moving to Covington. I am 100% sure that this is the best in Louisiana outside NOLA (or possibly including NOLA . Fresh ingredients and careful treatment of these materials result in great dishes. The small operation makes it possible for the chef to check details in every dish, which wasn 't possible in Sushi-Yama. If you haven 't tried it yet, you don 't know what you are missing. This restaurant is that good and FB reviews show it (at this point, 51 five stars and 1 four!!! . Recommended: Atlantic salmon appetizer, Futomaki special (not on the menu , Omakase nigiri (could be pricey, but worth it ."

"What a wonderful dining experience! My Husband and I went for Sunday brunch with another couple. Though a relatively small dining area, the hostess and wait staff did a wonderful job of service. The food was delicious and attention to detail made it a wonderful dining experience! The live music was the absolute perfect touch! Alex Bosworth (vocalist)and Hank Mackey (guitarist) were the fabulous! Can't wait to return for another exceptional experience!"

"Eat tasty, but without a hit. server very good, ploite, profess. management not so much. they would not allow me to replace (rented) nice for chips. I'm a diabetic who told them they wouldn't change. they were visiting my first visit, maybe no third visit. for the first time, someone rejected the replacement in any Mexican restaurant I visited."
