We tear the cocks in advance in front of the menu. However, being only 2 and my spouse not hungry enough to take a dish, we were told that it was not possible, it was a dish or nothing (it would have taken the same, an entrance, a dessert and at least 1 glass of wine, me entry/plat/dessert).
