"Customer service was great, my low rating was due to my breakfast meal. I had the eggs on toast (scrambled) and you could obviously tell they were made in the microwave. I could see where the eggs had been moulded to the dish they were cooked in. They were over cooked and tasted rubbery. For the price you pay, I expected a little more effort."

"The staff were lovely, every one had a great night. Service staff were fantastic as per usual. We will be back next month for our next dinner with the regular crew. No where else would we book but the Russell. Thanks guys"

"Terrible. Buffet was too salty with lots of onions in everything. Lots of sticky batter around small pieces of meat and not warm enough. Was looking forward to nice Chinese meal but was very disappointed. Maybe we should have ordered from the menu. Sorry for the negative report because the people were lovely"

"Generously giving two stars as the drinks were cold. Road tripping and this was the worst $32 scotch fillet we have had. Dried out and tough. Pepper sauce was lumpy and tasted like some chemical. Saving grace was that it all came out fast. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3"

"Very disappointed. Ordered $40 steak mash. Steak was tough. Wrong gravy delivered. Chicken snitzel was just ordinary . Not good value. Staff nice friendly."

"Not wanting huge meals, we opted for Macca's.Macca's always have good coffee and we bought there 3 or 4 times. The chicken nuggets were well cooked and tasty. So too was the Grilled Chicken wraps and the fries.No trip to Maccas is complete without an ice cream cone for 'dessert"."
