"The vintage style décor with a burning fireplace is absolutely cozy and warm for the cold days. Great live music and exceptional service. Patrick and Cathy attended our table and they were friendly and professional. The food was excellent and well portioned. Tables available inside and outside and the restaurant is child friendly."

"Great place to stop on the R27. Tried the curry mince Roosterkoek and it was delicious. Also sells Biltong, Jam, rusks etc. Watch out for the funny signage."

"Wholesome and unpretentious roadside restaurant. We've eaten here a couple of times. The food is simple but portions are generous and reasonably priced. Pictured in this post is my half eaten quiche chicken/spinach/feta and spinach/feta. I was unable to finish all the food but it was tasty and came relatively quickly. Well worth a stop on your way to or from Langebaan."

"Wow, first time in Yzerfontein and heard i have to make a turn here. Amazing! Everyone is so friendly and the owner treats everyone like they are family which i loved!! Not a beer drinker but have to say, they might have changed my mind with their craft beers!! But the pizza!!! Wow, worth the drive (even flight) for that home made deliciousness!!"
