"Enjoyed a fabulous lunch here for father's day. The food was delicious. Even though we didn't eat from the main menu as there was a special, I would love to try more dishes. Friendly staff and a cosy atmosphere that matches the name and quaintness of the town. We also enjoyed the live entertainment, which we discovered is a frequent addition to the restaurant over the weekend!"

"Stopped here on the way to Paternoster. Had an amazing coffee and a delicious boerewors egg and cheese roosterkoek. You can see them making the roosterkoek rolls fresh and cooking them over a nice wooden fire. Will be sure to go there again on the way back. Highly recommend!!!"

"They did some changes To the farmstall since last time we visited...have to say I was disappointed that there wasn't any nice fresh breads,pies and pastries like previously, so we didn't buy anything to eat. Usually at 9h30am on a Sunday i would expect the baked goods to be available. My 3 star food rating was for the day old pies and few pastries I saw. The farmstall itself is nice and clean and still has a nice atmosphere and service is still good. There are still some nice goodies in the trinkets, bottled and preserved goods racks that are worth a look."
