"Enjoyed a fabulous lunch here for father's day. The food was delicious. Even though we didn't eat from the main menu as there was a special, I would love to try more dishes. Friendly staff and a cosy atmosphere that matches the name and quaintness of the town. We also enjoyed the live entertainment, which we discovered is a frequent addition to the restaurant over the weekend!"

"We save our hunger and roosterkoek craving until we can get to Route 27. Fresh and warm and simple and wholesome and delicious, with an abundance of filling; I like grated cheese to share with the mossies, bless them. The little shop always has a something to take home, too. Today it was a frock the color of the sea. Don't drive past."

"Stopped here on the way to Paternoster. Had an amazing coffee and a delicious boerewors egg and cheese roosterkoek. You can see them making the roosterkoek rolls fresh and cooking them over a nice wooden fire. Will be sure to go there again on the way back. Highly recommend!!!"
