This is definitely one of the gems of Dawson City! We went here times during our stay once for breakfast and twice for snacks. A selection of about or fresh baked goods muffins, scones etc as well as fresh-made breakfast...sandwiches yum! This shop is VERY popular, so get there early if you hope to get anything...they close the doors once they are out of food for the day. read more.

When the weather is nice you can also be served outside.

Hubby and I ate a light breakfast here. He ordered the peach muffin with coffee and I ate a berry scone with coffee. They also served hot breakfast sandwich items if you prefer hot breakfast. read more.

I was forced to write a review because this bakery is a must if they are in dawson city! it is not a home bakery, but I would eat their scones in rain every day...

delicious brote, sandwiches, muffins etc. we have tried everything! do not wait for the end of the day so often they would sell out brot!

"My husband and I have stayed in the cabins many times over the years and always have breakfast here--the $4.99 special. What could be better. You can eat inside or outside in the covered heated dining area. Inside the walls are covered with photos from the past and you can learn a lot about the history of the property such as it was first a grocery store, then The Lucky Inn which explains the banner overhead, finally Klondike Kate after the Queen of the North. Also the locals eat here so it has to be good. Enjoy."
