My wife and I stopped at this sub shop/pizza place on Saturday, June18 mid-afternoon. We had missed lunch and decided to get a sandwich each to hold us over to supper. My wife ordered the BLT sub. She noticed the mayo was not refrigerated or chilled in anyway, just setting on the counter, but did not think much about it at the time.
